深部开采松散破碎全煤巷道变形特征及合理支护技术

Deformation character of coal roadway and reasonable supporting technique in deep mining

摘要: 以安徽淮南地区新集二矿162302运输巷道的实际工程为例,根据工程实测结果对深部开采松散破碎全煤巷道两帮及顶板的变形特点进行了分析。结果表明:巷道两帮中部呈现为显著的不稳定塑性变形,顶板松散煤体与直接顶结构面中部产生不稳定层间离层。为保证巷道的稳定性,结合已有的数值模拟结果,在原梯形棚巷道两帮中部布置锚杆来控制巷道中部塑性变形,在巷道顶板中部布置预应力锚索保证松散顶煤离层稳定,在松散煤体浅部2.0~2.5m范围内布置导管以保证锚索顺利施工。

Abstract: Based on engineering practice of 162302 transport tunnel in xinji mining, the deformation character of tunnel sides and roof was analyzed by engineering test.The conclusion were drawn that the plastic deformation was obvious instability in tunnel sides and instability interlayer separation in middle of construction surface. the bolts were applied in middle of tunnel sides to keep plastic deformation stability and pre-stress anchor was applied in middle of tunnel roof to keep loose coal interlayer stability and conduit was layered in 2.0~2.5m limits of shallow loose coal to keep anchor successful installation.
